This course introduces and explains the key features and benefits of a CICSPlex environment and the Web User Interface (WUI). The course covers the configuration of a CICSPlex environment and describes the capabilities, functions, and services provided by the CICSPlex System Manger (CPSM).  Attendees will learn to configure and use functions of CPSM using the WUI. The functions covered include Workload Manager (WLM), Real Time Analysis (RTA), and Business Application Services (BAS). Attendees will learn how to configure the WUI server and customize menus and panels

Attendees are assumed to have experience with CICS and CICSPlex System Manager Administration.

It is recommended that persons who are new to CICSPlex System Manager attend the following instead of this course:
